Part-Time

Front of House

We have openings for front of house team members to join us to assist on a shift rota basis. Shifts can vary between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tasks include bar and dining service, welcoming residents, taking phone calls and payments. We have part time roles available.

Applicants should:

  • Have experience of working in a busy, customer focused environment, preferably hospitality.
  • Be hard working and have an eager to learn attitude
  • Have ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Use own initiative and have ability to take direction
  • Be able to work under pressure and remain focused

A Level 3 Hospitality Apprenticeship may be available should candidates be interested.

Chef de Partie

Duties will include working closely with our Head Chef to further enhance the reputation of the business, using the best of the fresh local produce served in a modern, minimal style. The successful Chef will be passionate about guest service, food quality and standards within the business. Working within all sections of the kitchen.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy fresh food business.
  • You will be used to cooking with fresh ingredients.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A passion for delivering great food quality
  • Team player qualities with the enthusiasm and charisma within your position
  • Strict adherence to food hygiene and Health & Safety regulations·
  • Prepared to work 5 days, split shifts.

Salary £20 ,000 + tips, based on approx 50 hours per week.

Job Experience – Sous Chef or Senior Chef De Partie: 2 years

Apprentice Chef

Closing Date:

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our busy kitchen team as an apprentice chef! Working in partnership with a local college over 24 months, you will learn the following:

  • preparing, cooking and presenting dishes under tight time pressures
  • diet and nutrition
  • developing new dishes and menu creation
  • managing a kitchen and leading a team
  • ensuring ingredients are high quality and safe
  • understanding how to maintain profit margins
  • food safety and hygiene
